I am Tara J. Tracy, the owner of TT's Legal Document Services. I opened TT’s Legal Document
Services when my former boss Dana R. Stoker owner of the Law Office of Dana R. Stoker in
Lake Havasu City, AZ retired. I have worked as a Paralegal in the Lake Havasu City, Arizona
area for over 20 years.
I am certified by the Arizona Supreme Court as a AZCLDP#81810 and is a Arizona Notary
Public.
TT’s Legal Document Services provides affordable and accurate legal document preparation. In
addition to drafting your legal documents, I also file your documents with the Court, record them
with the County Recorder, facilitate service of your court documents, if needed (hire a process
server), publish in the newspaper (if needed) and track case deadlines

Informal Probate

I prepare your documents and file them with the Court, take care of publication for the creditors, provide notices to heirs and coordinate directly with the probate registrar. This is a start to finish package unless the case is contested. If the case is contested, it becomes a formal probate.

Small Estate Transfers

Small Estate Transfers may be used if:
· The value of all of the personal property in the estate of the person who passed does not exceed $75,000, and at least 30 days have passed since the death.
· The assessed value of the real property in the estate located in Arizona, less liens and encumbrances as of the date of the deceased’s death, does not exceed $100,000, and at least 6 months have passed since the death.
· You are the surviving spouse, and you want to collect up to $5,000 in wages owed to the deceased spouse.
· You are entitled to the real property and/or personal property and have the legal right to submit an affidavit claiming the property.
